          To achieve the best teaching effect, the motivation of teachers and students can be achieved only when they agree. Teachers' motivation can stimulate students' enthusiasm, and students' positive feedback can also enhance teachers' initiative.

          Due to the impact of the pandemic, students and teachers have become familiar with and mastered the skills of online courses in the past two years. Thus, it is a challenge to pull students back from the online teaching mode they had adapted to. Furthermore, it is considered that these students will also need to master certain technological skills in the future and learn to use these skills to expand their studies and conduct academic research. So, technology immersion allows students to learn and master technical skills in a relaxed state.

          Moreover, the visual teaching content of the combination of graphics and text can attract students' attention more and show their enthusiasm for the knowledge taught by teachers. This approach also meets the needs of students with different learning styles. Students can not only learn new vocabulary but also listen to the teacher while reading words, which can enhance students' interest and improve their motivation.

          On the other hand, the application of Google Classroom is no longer limited to the teaching mode of remote, and it seems more efficient to apply it to the in-person classroom. Students avoid the drawbacks of studying long hours in front of a computer screen, and teachers can use eye contact to gauge students' responses to lessons and adjust.

           Bill Gates, the founder of Microsoft, said: “Technology is just a tool. In terms of getting the kids working together and motivating them, the teacher is the most important.”  Therefore, even if the technology is effective, it is only technology if there is no effective teacher to apply it to the classroom to teach effectively.
